- What can I report on?
- Headcount and adoption, leave utilisation, appraisal progress and more — with role-scoped access so people only see what they’re allowed to. A full people-data warehouse is available as a provision-on-request module.
- Can I export the data?
- Yes — reports are exportable. Every card on the Reports page downloads as a CSV from the Export CSV menu, scoped to your role: managers get the cards they can see, admins additionally get recent activity, and every download is recorded in the audit log. Payroll and payout rows carry the same whole-rupee totals the dashboard shows; the statutory filing files (PF, ESI, PT and TDS) still live in Payroll, and the Directory keeps its own filtered CSV of raw people data.
