Onboarding

A guided first week — capture documents, track completion, and never lose a half-finished form.

The problem

A new hire’s first days are a mess of forms, document requests and back-and-forth email. Things get missed, paperwork arrives in fragments, and HR has no clear view of who has finished what.

How we solve it

ASHR.work gives every new joiner a guided, multi-step onboarding flow with auto-save. Documents are captured in-flow, completion is tracked, and admins and managers get visibility into exactly where each new hire stands.

How it works

  1. 1

    Assign the flow

A new hire is invited and lands in a step-by-step onboarding form covering personal, contact and employment details.

  2. 2

    Capture as you go

Progress auto-saves at every step and documents are uploaded in-flow, so nothing has to be re-entered.

  3. 3

    Track to completion

Admins and managers see onboarding status and employment state, and can follow up on what’s outstanding.

Why it’s effective

Nothing falls through

Auto-save and a structured flow mean new hires finish what they start.

A clear front door

One guided path replaces scattered email threads and PDF attachments.

Visibility for HR

Completion tracking turns "did they send that form?" into a status you can see.

Frequently asked

What does a new hire do before day one?
They complete an onboarding form (personal details, documents), get an employee ID assigned in your format, and land on a guided first-run checklist. Admins review submissions before finalising.
Can I onboard contractors without a paid seat?
Yes — add payout-type workers with “create without login”; they aren’t billed as a seat and can be invited to ASHR later.
